After working with leading global companies, Ganesh pursued entrepreneurship to help small & medium businesses scale faster through extended offshore remote teams. Otherside Consulting was the first in the industry to introduce remote staffing for international firms, and he had the opportunity to work with various clients in the US, Europe & the Middle East to deliver products and software solutions.

Shwetha Ganesh (Co-founder & HR)

Shwetha is a double graduate. She started her career as a developer, but her interest moved her into diverse roles in HR. She is an asset to the company and has delighted many customers by supporting and solving their hiring challenges.
